Re: Ebay Altercation
Heres what happened about 3 years ago once to on e-bay,, had a very nice 64 grill sold on e-bay, to save the customer money brought it to Moultrie Swap Meet all wrapped up,, he picked up inspected there, gave 100 + feedback, then going home when he got there like 10 hours later sent e-bay a notice he wanted full refund bad product etc.. could not get hold of seller which was garbage since we gave him a catalog,, tried calling him would not answer his phone, finally left a message and his wife called back,, so finally told him bring it back to the show and would refund,, complained about doing that, he said he would ship back , I said no since this grill complete was next to perfect, WELL I paid 50.00 in gas ++ entrance fee for them to get my grill back and at 3:00 AM I called local police to tell them in the next day might be trouble here, they sent 2 undercover cops and waited,, she came with the grill, I inspected and then told her what I really thought of her husband and her, she started screaming that I was a terrorist and thats when the 2 undercovers came in gave her rights for saying the word terrorist,, seems if you say something like that can be getting a ride in the jail
2 points one I got my grill back , sold it the following week to a walk in customer for 150.00 more than E-Bay and went way out of the way to help the customer and still trying to get something for nothing,, I would look at the customer on the gear box to see what other transactions went on with this like I did with this $$$hole to find out later we where not the first but one of the last since he got pulled
