Man I hate those bugs crawling around also. Can't say how many times I've tried to smash them since I am usually in my shop when I am on the PC. Good luck with the trip, I am sure that ol 460 will come through for you. Watch out for the law if you are not used to them true big blocks. lol

I'm typing this on my phone at a restaurant so it'll be short. I'm in Stevens Point WS until tomorrow morning. The truck is at the motel...its not perfect but an excellent base to work on. I'm happy with it...and even my wife has given her approval. I'll post again tonite when I have more time.

mr.K i may haver the correct horn with the buttons allready in it from a 77 mine needs the new plastic surround around the cruise buttons but worked when i had to replace the whole colum due to a failed shift collar.

And btw, i too had a road trip this weekend, saturday i left joplin,mo for the poplar bluff,Naylor/van buren mo side of the state.

Thats a nice looking pickup. I like the paint sceme...looks like a clean looking foundation to do whatever you want to do with it. way cool! :thup:

Great score Keith. The colors are great as they were probably the least favorite when new, but like you said, they grow on you. :thup:

that is a long truck. i like the air horns. you should do a sound byte of them when you can. i'd like to hear them.

This supercab is a great looking dent. Did they make 4x4 supercabs and are they rare?
