re: 68 F100 2wd
well, since it has been so hot around here, i haven't work on the truck in a few weeks but I finally got back out there on the weekend in the mornings before getting too hot and worked on the bottom of the bed. Got it all clean and primed and lined. I just need to do the fender wells and then flip it over and start on the top side.

That looks good. I didnt know it was a tool box bed. Thats a big plus. I also didnt know or forgot you relocated the fuel tank to the rear and filled in the filler neck. Do you have pics of the tank mounted before the bed was on and what tank did you use? The Mustang?

well, still doing the body work. I got everything primed and now doing my guide sanding. One door had a big dip in it that you wouldn't notice until you look down the side of the truck, or with the door laying down, . Well, i have ordered some new parts for the truck this week.
2 new outside door handles (LMC)
2 new Repro Mirrors (LMC)
Chrome round tub bed rails (Xcessuride Truck Accessories)
tailgate guard (Xcessuride Truck Accessories)
sent tailgate latch off for chroming (Chrome Shop)
some weatherstripping (LMC)
should have them in by the end of next week.
