I built new rear and center crossmembers and modified the front crossmember. Made a track on the sides for the wood to slide into also.

I like your color. Green is one of my Favorites. I'm restoring a 68 Flareside 8' bed and I'm painting it Sassy Grass Green which is a 69-70 Mopar color. I use to have a 69 Roadrunner that was Sassy Grass Green with Black interior. This interior will be Black on Green. Good looking truck. You did a great job.

Hey tybob81,
I see you have a tilt column in your beautiful truck, what brand and part number did you use?
Any problems with the install ?

It is an early IDIDIT column for a 67-72 truck. It is the metal housing one. I think they have a ford plug now, nut this one had a gm plug and o made an adapter plug from an old column to plug a gm into a ford painless harness.

Thanks tybob81,
Do you remember the part number you used?
I see they have a retro fit for our trucks.
Was yours a direct bolt up or did you have to modify anything other than the wiring.
