The first two digits under DSO are the same as a regular order and indicate the district sales office, in this case 42 (Fargo, ND). The remaining 4 digits are the special order number. The only special non-regular production part on this truck I could see was a 'Throttle' control knob on the dashboard. Since it's Chrome Yellow, I'm guessing it may have been ordered for a road department where they needed a way to keep the RPM up when parked. It was also radio delete, but alas the plate was broken. But, I did snag the throttle knob and cable
