I'm not "Brand Loyal" Ford-Chevy-Dodge-Toyota I have them all, one even cross mixed...
If it Looks good and Works good then it's ok by me. Everything has its issues from time to time...

Click on the transmission you want for more info, parts, etc. Don't see any diagrams tho.

Another page at that site (looks the same, but it's not) has more info on identifying the actual transmissions.

I just recieved a book I ordered on all ford trannies. It's an australian manual but it covers fordomatics to modern 6 speeds. Photo by photo tear down and build up, and adjustments. Just have to convert metrics to US.

Plannin on buying a local auto and try my hand at a rebuild.

So the 3.03 trans is kinda how like fat chicks and mopeds? They're fun to ride, but you don't want to get caught on one? :D
