Anybody know which of these is less "rough." I've been using the Green Scotchbrite pads for a variety of things (automotive and otherwise) and was wondering if 000 Steel wool would be less likely to scratch stuff. I've never used it before.
If nobody knows, I'll experiment to find out.

The steel wool is finer...you can get it even finer than 000. You can also get finer scotchbrite (like white). The steel wool does a good job.
