Going to pull the front suspension, tranny, engine, and the wheels, and make a trailer out of it, I think...

Yeah, but I need the conversion parts more than another truck; power disc brakes, the tranny (mines shot) the clutch/brake pedals (also shot) and having a good running spare engine is always nice. Besides, I have use for a decent utility trailer, and with the interior condition of the truck, along with the "rigged" wiring and body cancer, I can't get a lot out of it as it sits. There are just too many old vehicles for sale out there, and noone is buying much these days. Also, the wheels are probably worth more than the rest of the truck, selling wise, and they'll be going on the `69 once they're cleaned up and I get new treads for them.ForingaMex wrote:Good for you but that truck looks way to nice to be turned into a trailer. Wish I had seen this sooner, Pat, especially depending on what you're after. Front end is now, ermmm, well, lets just say the grill and core support are no more usable than a pet rock.pat67shorty wrote:I have a dent now. I'd like to pick at the carcass when you are done feeding.
