Hello
I am installing a pertronic Ignitor electronic Ignition and a Flam thrower coil on my truck. I don't think it has a resistor. (does it?) It has a 390. Usually starts right up, but every 6th time or so is a very hard start. Also replacing the fuel pump. Just rebuilt the carb.

it has a resistor wire. i think you might have to put a resistor in there. but i am unsure on those setups what it takes to install them.
