OT - What is the story on the Ranger

Post by DuckRyder »

Is there going to be a new one anytime soon?

The new explorer looks nice, perhaps one based on it?

Ah yes, I mean a redesign...

A bit of googling turns up all kinds of stuff, like a "world" ranger which either IS coming to the USA or IS NOT coming to the USA depending on which particular section of the error-net you are on...

Thanks Bobby,

It will be weird if Ford abandons the small truck market...

Did you guys know you can get a Colorado/Canyon with a 5.3 this year? [insert burnout smilie]

Dunno how accurate it is for U.S. build, but Motortrend is usually pretty accurate. Doubt that looks a whole lot like the finished product will be though.

I sure hope it doesn't end up looking like that, because that thing is FUGLY. :2cents:

It was my impression that the new F100 Was to be the Ranger replacement. Guess not, kinda looks like a an F150 had been raped by a Tundra and a nissan Titan at the same time and the new ranger got all three sets of genes.
