Cemetery Office
Well I am almost finished with the cemetery office building. I manage a local cemetery, and the office has always been 2 miles from the cemetery. I finally convined the Board members that we needed a office on site. Bought a outdoor building from Home Depot, and set up on site. Went with 10' X 12' so no permit needed. It was just a shell. I installed the windows, steel clad 36" mandoor. Ran the electrical, insulation and paneling. Two coats of primer and 2 coats of semi-gloss white on the inside, outside is light green. Also put in a thru the wall A/C. Gotta glue down the indoor/outdoor, finish the moulding. Put on gutters, and will pretty much have it ready. Be glad when it is done, so I can shift back into my part time status. Cemetery is a total of about 9 acres. Takes me 2 or 3 days a week plus burials. It is a great job for a old retired sailor. Also it makes me proud to provide a service to the people.

Here are some pics of the cemetery office I'm finishing. Had the shell set up. I did the wireing for elec, and phone, painting, insullation, paneling, installed the A/C. windows and window guards. Put on a 36" steel clad mandoor. Glued the carpet down. No pad to allow for rolling desk chair. Going to install gutters, ceiling light, and still have a few pieces of moulding to put on. 10' X 12' so no permit needed.

Did the bars on the window come with it, or did you need to add that yourself to keep valuables safe? Looks great!

I added the windows and bars. Trying to save the cemetery district $$$$ since we are a public cemetery, (Not for profit), and not a private one, so we watch our budget.
