Stuff like that is cool! I found not only the owner's manual but also the original warranty card with the original buyer's info on it in my F-350. How cool is that?!?

The BEST part of your "find" is that YOU understand its value. Heritage tends to be lacking in this modern world of McMansions and Jellybean Ricers. "Out with the old in with the new", throw it away society that so many have become. Hats off to YOU for your understanding, preservation and appreciation of history.

yeah i have a lot of history with my Bump. it went on every camping trip i had with scouts since i was in cub scouts all the way through me getting my Eagle Scout. was the first truck i ever drove and learned to drive a manual transmission 3 on the tree. the first engine overhaul i ever did at age 12. i have so many memories with this truck and of my dad. which is why i am restoring the Rangersaurus. as we called it. the name caught on so much that my older brother's frat brothers even called it that.

What a great find. I'm glad you have that truck. Hang on to it. When my Dad passed a few years back I endind up with his old truck. I wish I would have kept it, even if it was a Chevy. Alas, I did what I felt was right. Sold it and gave the $$$$ to Mom. My wife and I took her on a spending spree. I still have Dad's fishing boat, and it isn't going anywhere.
Keep on Trucking.

yeah i plan on keeping this truck as long as my hands can grab a hold of it they will have to pry my cold dead fingers off the wheel. my older brother had the truck after my dad past 12 years ago then he tried to sell it with out letting me know so i went and demanded that he sign it over to me since he doesnt have the attachment that i have with the Rangersaurus.
