Yes it does that, and it hauls sprinklers around hooked to the tractor mower at the cemetery. I had two of the wheel hubs bite it, so I need to pick up some more 12" wheels for it. If you put an FE in it you wouldn't need the mower and you could haul those sprinklers around in 1/100th the time.
