Is this something that comes in a cold air intake kit or is it a one of custom?

Or take a stock air cleaner housing and cut another hole in it and run a second tube intake deal and run some tube/hoses to the firewall. It work nicely if done right and look way more original

That's my plan as well. Stock air cleaner with two horns that have ducts to the firewall. I just need to get another cleaner one day to do the fab work to. I also plan to eliminate the carb pre-heater junk too. It would actually end up better than what was posted here because it wouldn't get hot air from the radiator, that setup is lacking a wall around the cone to keep the hot air out.

also my plan... but also living in freezing northern utah, in the winter you gotta pull the cold air hoses and use the heater ducting again otherwise you're like me and have all sorts of fun with your carb icing over from a big intake and the humidity :D
