Post by davbell22602 »

Has anyone else experience problems with getting a catalog from dennis carpenter. I requested one at the end august and again end of november. I still have yet to see one in my mailbox.

Online catalog is available 24/7.
The end of the year is the worst time to expect snail mail.

I didn't have a problem getting mine but I got it earlier on in the year. Maybe give them a call? Or do like Bobby said and just use the online catalog.

I would guess that they only produce a limited amount for the year (cost cutting measures) and are out, working on 2011 issue... :2cents:
I just download the online manual, it is in PDF format and you can search for parts your looking for easy, just not as easy to take with you to the read waiting somewhere.

Summit, NPD, LMC, Dennis Carpenter, JC Whitney. Got them all with no problem. Just be patient and they will show. Sometimes it takes awhile. Any others? Let me know and I'll order them. I call em my wish mags. Once in a while I even order something. :D

It took 6 to 8 weeks for me to get my catalog in the mail. When it arrived it was a 2009 catalog. :? I hope to be placing an order with them this spring. Maybe they'll send me a current year catalog with my order.
