i havent seen these before. i found this in the 70 explorer in the junkyard the other day. looks like a mouse has eaten part of it. but it is a flexible plastic card. it almost looks like a sticker to put on the back of the glove box door or something. but it says to keep in the glove box for future reference. kind of cool huh? i also found part of a warranty. and the warranty card without the vin plate attached to it. too bad the owner wrote his name on it. the mouse sure though the warranty info was good too.
Is that for a stepside in bed tire carrier?
Cool stuff for sure.

I remember the plastic warranty card in my glove box stuck behind a clip of sorts. I sure wish I was more attentive to stuff like that back when my dad gave me my 71 at the age of 15. I lost all of the paper work he left in the dash.
I remember seeing the build sheet folded up in the glove box as well.
