Good find and easy to fix. Those are heavy duty drawer slides for cabinets on there. 
It is hard to find a shell that looks right and matches the angle of the cab these days. I had one that fit perfectly. Painted it to match my color and got it looking great. Took it off and put it behind the shop to haul some tall stuff in the bed and a tree limb took it out for me. Haven't found another one to fit yet
