f-350 highboy????

Post by foghorn »

did they make a f-350 like this back then i can tell that it is 4x4 but i didnt think they made a 1 ton in a single wheel setup back then. He says it has power brakes but not power steering. I do know they made what is called a power assist for steering back then

The only F350 4WD's available were conversions that were typically done by either Marmon-Herrington or Napco. Ford did NOT offer a factory F350 4WD during the Bump era.

If possible, let us know which front axle is under this truck. If it's a Dana 44, it's an F250.

1970, 2WD, F-250, C/S, A/C, Dual Tanks, 390 FE (again, of course), C6, Power Steering, Power Disc Brakes, Dana 60 3.73, Wimbledon White & Sky View Blue, Ranger (almost twin brothers!)

This truck is about 100 miles from me i might try to buy it. Im also looking at a 75 f-250 highboy with a propane system 390 granny box 4 speed with dual saddle tanks for gasoline.
