Why Fordification is a such Class Act

Post by forrestbump »

As many of you are now painfully aware, we've lost a member that was taken far too young and leaving behind a Wife and two small children. My heart is broken at such a terrible loss...so young with so much to live for.

My point is I've watched how we as a group have rallied around what Gene's loss means to his family and our members have risen to the occasion with stellar performances that are above and beyond the call of duty.

Ladies and Gentlemen of Fordification, I am personally in awe of you and consider myself blessed to be in your company.

You are all giants among human kind.

I was also reminded today of just what a wonderful site and GREAT membership we have here when I witnessed some rather boorish, crude and foul language behavior leveled at one another over at FordFE's site...I digress...

Thank You Keith and all Moderators for making this and keeping this the Family site that is.

God Bless you all.

True story, Larry. These are the best bunch of guys on any forum. This whole Gene tragedy hurt my heart. I plan on donating what I can to his memorial fund. After reading his obituary page, I realized that he wasn't the guy that this should have happened to. His children will be proud of him. Awesome bunch of guys here on this website; let's see what a difference we can make when we pull together. We have a great thing here, let's make sure we donate every now and again to preserve this place and not let it become a commercial wasteland. I'm proud to be associated with y'all. :fr:

Yes this is a great site. Even when I babble about something unrelated to Ford trucks, I get comments and answers. No one complains.
I agree with donating now and again. So we all can keep on enjoying this site as it is.

As I posted last night...read the obit a little more "in depth". From what I read Ms Jennifer is pregnant, (would be 3 children)?

Very well spoken Larry.

Agreed. And If I read correctly and talking with him he had two step children, one of his own, and the fourth is on the way.

Please remember, it is not how someone died that makes them great, it is how they lived!

Thanks Larry for sharing!
