Well, the motor is 3-phase. Ya got 3-phase power?
I'd be a little leary about the compressor being all apart, what's wrong with it?
That suckers big, good for a floor lift.

"Are you gonna make it all 220?"
"Yeah 220, 221, whatever it takes."

A 20 HP compressor is HUGE for a home shop and would require 3 phase power. Might even require 460 volt power which is strictly commercial. I am looking for one that will have a 5 hp motor - btn 30 and 40 amps 230 volts (single phase) and have a 2 stage compressor with a min 60 gallon tank. You need a compressor that can handle the largest tool that you use. Check out your tools. A 3 phase unit would be nice, but then you have to get 3 phase power. If you don't have 3 phase which most residential services do not have, a rotary or solid state phase converter would be needed to generate the 3rd phase. That device needs to be about 50% larger than the compressor and adds another $400+. I have seen several old 5 hp gas station units for around $300 on eBay.
