I hate a person that takes what is not theirs, hope they get what is coming to them. They will, what goes around comes around. I gotta ask which finger R U wagging?

I'm wagging both of them ;)

And after I posted this I learned that a package I sent my friend (which UPS said was left at the "Front Door") isn't at her apartment building. If someone stole that package...which is of NO value to anyone else, had some trinkets and candy in it I've brought back from my travels I'll be so mad. Man does this boil my blood! I don't get people! I have very little trust in strangers outside my neck of the woods which is why I choose to live in a more rural setting. People still have some backbone here and when they make a mistake, they'll right it!

Rural? I live in the big city.....Pop. 780. One of the bigger towns in the county. Ya around here we don't have a lot of crooks, but it does happen.

Had a similar story in my area recently but they caught the guys roofing a house down the street from where they stole the shingles.

In all my years of roofing, I've never worried about people stealing shingles...What's this world coming to?...If they stole $2000 worth of shingles, that's about 12-15 squares---or about 2500-3500 pounds...That's a lot of weight to carry around--even in a 3/4 ton pickup...The thieves would have to be using them at a job somewhere---it isn't like you could take all that material to a pawnshop, and a store or supplier would want a receipt to refund your cash...It's one thing when a dope addict steals copper or other metal stuff to support his drug habit, but when a couple of working guys steal off of other workman of like ocupation, well that's a violation of an unwritten code that makes the thief lower than a drug addict....
This is the point...I'm....talking about everybody! I'm talking about form! I'm talking about content! I'm talking about interrelationships! I'm talking about God, the devil, hell, heaven!!!! Do you understand???? Finally!!!!

Steal the truck, give back the shingles, keep truck. There, solved.
