What's Your Favorite?
What's your favorite year and style of the bump? 67, 68, 69, 70, 71, 72? Styleside? Stepside? Flatbed?

Re: What's Your Favorite?
I really don't have that much of a preference, but I liked the early grilles best.

Aside from the bias of owning a 67, I think I like them best, because they are a transition between 4th and 5th gen F series trucks. So many neat little things that aren't in other years.

The '67. It's so clean. No reflectors! I love the grill! Although the $%#^@&! of getting 67-unique parts is going to kill me! Brake pedals. Brake light switches. Master cylinders. Door handles. Arm rests. AAAAAAUUUGGHHHHH! Kill me now ...!
But, like basshound71, I am biased, since that's what I own.

Re: What's Your Favorite?
Some of us had all the 67 only parts to start with :p Well, except the radio, ignition switch and lighter. But found those! And LMC has reproduction arm rests, although if you go any color than black it's going to be stupid expensive. I'm gonna buy a black set and paint them with vinyl paint...

Re: What's Your Favorite?
I'll probably do that as well, but I HATE the '67 arm rests. I've already asked, and the 68+ won't fit.
I've actually thought of making my own out of oak, just to be different and to get what I want, but I think that would probably look pretty stupid in a 45-year-old truck.

Re: What's Your Favorite?
I can take them or leave them. It's the $100 price tag on red ones that drive me nuts.
