I have located a framee that needs very little straightening.

Gonna go for it.


Then i'll do like Keith has done with the powder caoting.

And do a hot rod style build up. Frame in the garrage with suspension underneath it and engine trans in it and little at a time body buildup. Cab first the n the bed then the front sheet metal.


What you guys think good plan?

Thanks guys that was my thought just like to have other opinions but definitely going for it. The next step will be to get all the suspension parts and of course something of a spray in liner for the bed. Anybody ever though about flipping the bed on its back and coating it with a liner or some Por-15?

I was wondering if Keith was going to do that. It seems like a good idea.

That's what we're doing with my daughter's bed.... but we're just using Cat black paint (poly-urea) for most of the bed, and herculiner in the wheelwells.

Yeah, That should work as long as it is coated with something(hopefully paint or sealer of some sort) and not just bare.
