i need help finding these clearance lights

they are made by dietz they have 7778 sae pc 67 on the end i have only saw 3 times before twice on a two different bumps and once on a ford semi someone helped me before but i lost the info the site says my pics are too big but i have a shot of my last surviving lens on facebook group i will also email a pic to anyone and here is a description they stand up from cab not flush mounted back is chrome lens amber there is two different versions one which i see all the time the lens is recessed into the housing but mine is flush with the housing and concave on the end not bullit shaped
