ok I've gone thru the truck identification code on my 71 f-100 only thing I cant find the list is my d.s.o code my number is not on the list any ideas

Interesting. Couldn't find it anywhere, even Mercury or Galaxie listings. However, it is on the dent side list (73-79) as "Twin Cities" http://www.fordification.net/tech/vin.htm
