Not too far for many people;) There are people who come from all over the world, literally. Many from Canada, west coast, etc. "Only" about a third of the people register, and that count is somewhere around 7-10,000 people. 20-30,000 people show up with all kinds of antiques and muscle.

My wife and I went Sunday night and came back home Tuesday night because she has work, but we will be back Friday night, through Sunday for the swap meet and hanging out/Cruisin:)
I saw a few Galaxie's that I drooled over, but they were few and far between. Way too many '55 Bel Airs to count. I think I saw the same exact '55 pass twice in the parade, two cars apart. Then there's countless Chevelles and quite a few '67-69 Camaros. Plenty Impalas and Corvettes too. I saw two bumpside Fords besides mine and one '76 F250 Crew from Louisiana also. His was a converted 2wd to 4wd, 390 and NP435. It looked nice and I wanted to steal his frame so bad:)
If your around and you see me, come up and say hi. You can't miss my truck. It's the only '67 RED Crew Cab around.
