wow thats plain as day right there. ethanol boils at around 173 degrees and 87 octane around 180. this is in the ballpark range of the cooling system tempature. ethanol is going to lower the boiling point of gasoline just enough to make this a problem in hotter climates for sure, expecially when you shut the engine down and its temp spikes before lowering. Thanks for posting the video this is a very clear demostration of what this does and what people mean by having hard hot start issues.

Time for a phenolic spacer.
I welded the exhaust crossover shut in my aluminum intake to help keep manifold heat down.
