Hey guys! I just got an 07 f350 super duty drw and the tires have good tread on them but the front tires look bulged even though the tire pressure is close to what it tells me. They are commercial tires. Is this how they are supposed to look?

Are they bulged all the way around the wheel or just at the bottom. If at bottom it could be normal, if all the way around tires may be to wide for wheels.
