Diagram of the fuse box

Can anyone point me to a diagram of the fuse box? My wiper fluid pump stopped working and I want to check the fuse first.

Here is a diagram of the fuse box, and the wiring diagrams for our trucks. You may just have a bad pump?

I'm thinking pump too. My turn signals work so it can't be the fuse. That's exactly what I was looking for.
