Hi everyone,
I have a bare 1970 F100 with no engine, transmission, driveshaft, nor any seats, steering wheel or shaft, or dash etc in the cab. It has a title. Sheet metal, and cab are in decent/saveable shape except maybe the bed. Has steering box through to wheels. Ford 9 inch rear end.
Also have a 1972 F250 Camper Special with no title, but all the trim, steering, essentially everything there but sheetmetal is poor to unsaveable. With some welding and body filler the bed is possibly saveable. Has a 390 that seized and a C6, Dana 60 rear end.
Anybody know how hard it would be to marry the two while trying to make it an F100 (as that is the one with the title)? What is not going to fit across? Thanks!

Re: F100 F250 interchangeability
keep your running gear as a f100...i.e 9nch and 5.5 wheels and fill in the rest with the 250 parts. This has all the know how http://www.fordification.com/tech/technical-index.htm
My truck is a 70 f100 but will Identify as a 67 when she finds the road

Thanks, I saw the article on the sheet metal. I am wondering about the frame and the engine and transmission and also the driveshaft. Hoping they can switch over but not sure.
