WANTED: Power Steering Firewall Plates and Seals

Post by frankentrucks »

Looking the bracket plates and seals for sealing and securing the steering column to the firewall, both the one for the engine compartment side and one for the inside of the cab for a 69-79 truck.

Might also be interested in a complete 4 speed power steering column so I don’t have to cut mine.

Could do money or trade, I’ve got a lot of loose parts.

Located in Southern California.

Thanks

Brett

The brackets I don't believe are being reproduced. Car-part.com is a good source for used parts if eBay doesn't have any listed. Most of these junk yards on that website will go out to their yard and pull what you need and ship it to you. It also has the phone numbers so you can call them directly.

The seals you can get new for a descent price.

I appreciate the input guys. Was hoping to maybe source something from the community, if possible, before resorting to eBay, but may end up going that route since the local classifieds and pick-a-parts haven’t been offering anything up.

I have one from a 68, but just the outer part, column is gone. I may have both parts from a '74. Not PS, both are from 3 spd trucks. I have a '78, but they had a different column, and it is likely not the same.
The '68 is loose, you can have it for shipping cost, but the others would have to be removed, Probably 50 bucks plus shipping.
