My Post on what day it was yesterday got deleted or SENSORED, by the powers "to be" probally because it's not politically correct.
I guess that this web site was afraid of offending somebody.
That sucks all I was doing was expressing my opinnion as a red blooded American.
Isn't this a 67-72 FORD AMERICAN Pickup Truck web site???
BTW, many of the Japanese pilots who are able to attend the reunions in Hawaii go there to express their remorse for their actions on that day.
And many of the American survivors have forgiven them.

Although this is a public forum, it is owned by Keith. His word is law around here, like it or not.
I agree that political and religious topics are not appropriate for this site. As you said, this is a '67-72 FORD TRUCK site, not a general discuss-whatever-you-feel-like site.
the afore-mentioned topics always lead to arguments, so Keith doesn't want them here. Simple. But people don't get it.
Whatever my feelings toward Dec. 7th, I feel that there are other places to express them. And although I didn't read your post, from what Keith said it contained, I don't believe this is the place for outdated sentiments like those.
In life many men take the path of righteousness, some take the path many others follow (G.M. owners, for example), some take a more arduous path, some a simpler path. I, sir, took the PSYCO-PATH!!
Yeah, Keith I realize that I got a little out of control and had to have my ears pinned back.
I have nothing but the utmost respect for you and I appreciate the concise and well thought out response.
I certainly don't have the perception of you as a dictator of any sort.
Normally I strive to keep my posts in the G to PG13 zone.
In my defence though being the WWII buff that I am and the dozen's of Decorated Combat Veterans that I interviewed (some of which I became friends with.). Without realizing I empathize with those men and go over the edge with my patrotism.
No harm done. We all have opinions...and I realize that not all of them are good. We just need to try to keep in mind that this IS a truck forum first and foremost. I kinda feel I've been pretty lenient with allowing all kinds of way off-topic discussions take place, but I gotta draw the line somewhere.
Another thing to keep in mind is that anything posted here is read world-wide....and once something is posted on the internet, it never goes away...ever. It's always archived somewhere, and can come back to help you or bite you in the ass.
Thanks Lawrence.

You know Keith you're absolutely right I was so mesmerized when I was creating my post all that was going through my mind was "This web site is inhabited by Red Blooded Americans and there's no way they could be offended by my speech.
I have stumbled upon stuff that my Dad had input on the web over 10 years ago and most if not all of it was miniscule and insignificant banter!
I do know better. It just goes to show you that I am Human (Rats! I've been telling everybody that I came from the planet Krypton!)
In addition I did forget to take my Med's last night!
This topic, "post yanked" would last but a few minutes at a certain other site but here it remains for anyone to see and or talk about, the way it should be.
This site is run by a person with integrity, at this point I would like to sling a little mud at a certain other site but I will refrain and instead just say
I honestly didn't realize the depth of my personal opinion, in regards to it's lifespan.
Usually, I never regret my actions but this that time was an exception and I sincerely thank "Brother Keith" for doing what he did.
