removing parking lights

Post by chips68 »

I was removing a grille from a 68, I left the headlamps in the grille and just unplugged them, but couldn't figure out how to unplug the parking lights. On one side the whole socket and bulb just slipped out the back of the grille, the other side I finally gave up and cut the wires. What is the proper way to unplug them to remove the grille?

There is a 6"-8" pigtail on the front assemblies with a connector that you just unplug. :o

Yes I've noticed that 90% of the time when i pay attention their the first guys helping out and don't seem to care what religion the guy they help belongs to. Seems to me the way the world should run.

Just being friendly and helping out regardless of any difference.
