gauge and horn repair parts

Post by lawrence »

I need some parts. Are they readily available and where can I get them. New is best, but used will do if I have no choice. Thanks.

-Sending units and voltage regulator for instrument cluster.
-Fuel gauge sender (in tank).
-Horn parts (internal)
-Floorboard sheet metal

you can ford a river or stream and get to the other side, if you dodge it you will not, and if you drive a chevy to the levee it will run dry and the music will die.

lawrence: Check out the Links & Resources page, and order or download catalogs from the first seven vendors on that list. With everything available, you could completely rebuild your truck.

be careful about the floor pans though, some of the imported ones are made with thinner metal and not worth using.same with cab corners.

Thanks for the tips guys. Over the weekend I browsed some websites, found all the stuff I will need, and I ordered a few catalogs. I'll keep my eye out for quality sheet metal.
