WOW!! Keep up the good work Ryan! I would never guess that's the same truck in the before and after pictures!! My son is 12 now, I hope he takes an interest in old trucks so he can help his old man someday.

i put the interior together, put on the hood trim, gave the door another coat, prepared tailgate for paint and prepared drivers side of bed for paint. i got half way done with the tailgate when i ran out of blue preval spray. so i got the white sprayer to do the drivers side bed but ... i dropped the sprayer  . not only i shaddered the glass  but i wasted a bunch of paint which ended up on my parents driveway / garage  . AND i ran out of white paint because all the rest was in the spray glass bottle thing wich i dropped.
well atleast i have some good news for you guys..... pictures!!!

put the front all back together. ( well, just the hood trim from previous pic)

Looking Good! Wow, what a difference 12 bucks can make huh?

Thanks for the pics and the update.

The mirrors look good...mount them and see how you like them. If you don't like it...go with the bigger ones.

im going to mount them tomorrow ( if they mount up to the previous holes) and see how i like them. yeah, 12 buck can make quite a differece with the labor put into it also. tomorrow i will go to paint material shopping again (probably spend about 65 dollars on paint and sprayers )also finish the tailgate and half the bed or maybe both sides. then i will have to take it off to get to the spots like right behind the cab. i am also going to be ordering the tailgate lever and panel behind it from LMC. maybe order the chrome trim that goes around the brake lights also.

oh, and i have to clean the paint off of the drive way/garage some how.

man, i have those exact mirrors on my truck and they SUCK! if you can send them back, i would do so as soon as possible. you can't see anything out of them and i can't keep my pass. side one from moving and i have the screw in tight!
they sure do look good, but are just about worthless to use. jmho. not trying to rag on you. just my :2cents:

even the repro sport mirrors are better than those. the mirror head is a little bigger, but they still don't let you see much.

they are pretty sturdy on my truck right now and they look good.i can see down the side of the truck enough to know if someone is there or not. i wish i had gotten slightly bigger ones but dont mind enough to send them back and get bigger.
