What's the deal with new member and 100% Fordified?

Just wondering, how do I graduate from being a new member? I noticed there is someone else that joined the website the same time I did and they are 100% Fordified and I'm not. What's that all about? :o

the more posts you have the more stars.

you are a nooby. but once you get 250 posts, you will be upgraded. every 250 posts you go up.


i could of joined the same time as you, i would just have to talk alot more :D
