In the words of Jerry Reed: "We've got a long way to go- and a short time to get there!"
It'll see Bama in it's lifetime, just not as soon as I thought.
And now I'll be able to see through a decent windshield!

Soapy Water is correct, sometimes I just use glass cleaner. Works well too.

Wouldn't know, never tried weed eater cord.
I'd still go with cotton knot as you can soak it in soapy water and make life a little easier. You can buy the stuff by the foot at most hardware stores. I think it's actually listed as "braid" or something like that, but from the marine world, I've always known it as "cotton knot".

Ive never tried it either, but I dont think it will. The best rope to use is usually 1/4" to 1/2". At least thats what I always use. But Whatever works.
