67 F100 in Car Craft

Post by dablack00 »

I used to call Car Craft, chevy craft, but they are doing alot better now. Towards the back of the issue, they have a small pictures of the interior of a red 67. They are talking about fake air bags, but I think it is cool that they used that pic. Just thought I would ask if anyone else noticed.

I've been so disgusted with my subscription that I don't even open the magazines when they arrive anymore....in fact, I was planning on just letting the subscription expire. The November issue has been sitting here for over a week without getting a glance. However, I decided to check it out. Thanks for the heads up!

Here's probably the ONLY time a '67 F100 is going to be in Car Craft, unless it's a background shot of someone stealing a 390 from one for an Eleanor clone: ;)

EDIT: A few minutes after I posted this, I got an e-mail from my brother-in-law. He sent me the following link and I thought I'd pass it on. He ran across a messageboard thread at Trailer Life magazine's forum where someone had just bought a '72 F250 with a slide-in camper, with only 32K original miles. I thought it was appropriate to include it in this 'sightings' thread.

That's one of the staffer's 67 F-250 tow rig. I've seen it in the mag for a couple of years now. Last I saw it it was tugging around matt kings super nova.

The owner of the '67 is safety concious. He has a fire extinguisher by the passenger door.

Yeah, I saw it too and thought the same thing. I can't wait until my subscription to Chebby Craft ends.
