im confused with my truck

my truck has no custom cab logos,yet it has the better heater and a drivers door armrest,witch as i undertand are CC only

it is a 67 merc 100

If you haven't got chrome trim on the doors and have the silver metal instrument cluster bezel you've got a base model. Someone probably added the armrest and the deluxe heater was a stand-alone option; it wasn't part of the custom cab package. Does your truck have the painted grill?

the grill is painted white
and you can see the armrest was there from the start cause it isnt there anymore and the spot where it was isnt as faded as the rest

It was obviously checked off on the original order form then. The c/c package had chrome on the doors, around the headliner, windshield and taillights, aluminum grill and a chromed plastic cluster bezel in addition to a couple of other minor things. Check out the literature section for the '67 brochure pics.

After '66, the Mercs didn't have any special options or packages the Fords couldn't get except for the outside letters and tailgate. There's a lot of strange combinations of options though. My own '68 custom cab came through with no radio, chrome bumper or even the extra gauges; it has the idiot lights even with the chrome plastic bezel.

what is the better heater ? i got a 65 cc and the heater aint nothing spiecal two speed fan mabey??

They both have the two speed fan I believe. Having the deluxe heater means you don't have to get into the engine compartment to open the hot water valve to the heater; you can do it from the dash control.
