Got a call monday from my cousin telling me ill never guess what swimming behind my house in the creek, I give the best answer i could think of and say "jumbo blue crabs"

but i was wrong. A 7 foot bottle nose dolphin. I didnt get home till dark monday so i got up early tuesday morning to look for my self, Sure enuff, Thier it is swimming around coming up about every 5 minutes for air. My cousin come down when i was watching and we started talking about what the heck do we do to get it back to salt water, Said the guy next door is going to call someone about it. I live about 80 miles from the ocean and the closest salt water is the James River and its 30 miles away. I watched the dolphine for about a hour to see if i could get a picture but i was to slow to get one. Cousin got a few but they are not as good as the papers got.
Now its on the Richmond and Norfolk news and in the papers.
