Here is my newest project(like I need another)its a 72 f100 body on a 74 f250 frame with a 390, 4 speed. I picked it up for 1200.00 and it ran but had a ton of exhaust leaks and a miss at idle.I have like most of us FORD nuts a plan and vision of what I want to do, hope some of you tune in and and comment along the way.First pics is when I brought it home.
Weapon_F wrote:so whats the plan? looks to be in good shape, is it going to be a tidy up or a full strip?
Well more of a tidy up, I want to paint the outside in satin black, redo the rims in gloss black with some faux bead lock plates. Find some bucket seats and new carpet for the interior. Add a black brush guard to the front bumper and install some new exhaust. Can anybody direct me to a link about making the divorced transfer in to a 2 wd option instead of full time 4 wd ? I will also upgrade the front axle with unlocking hubs and disc brakes when I find the right deal.

Update::::: I got the engine back together, got brand new dual exhaust with flowmasters. Now its time to start on the body and interior. It drove real nice for a old truck back from the exhaust shop with no issues..
Nice start, and for a price you can't hardly find one for.
