Veterans/Armistice Day

Post by two-bit »

To all of you, who swore the oath. To all of you, who chose to stand in harms way. To all of you, who went places and saw things no one should have to.

I Thank-you for your service.

Two spoken words may not seem like much. However it means so much more if you don't say them !

Thanks to all our service men/women and their families for the sacrifices they have made for us. It they didn't do what they have done we couldn't do what we can do.

GREAT TOPIC!! - Thanks for acknowledging us Vets!! I am a proud Army Vet - I served all three tours of the Gulf War in 1990 - 1991. Thanks to all veterans for your service and sacrifices for your country!! I am lucky to live here in Florida, where each year, Veterans Day coincides with the annual Muster at the Navy SEAL/UDT Museum in Ft. Pierce. This year they dedicated a new statue depicting two Medal of Honor Recipients from the Vietnam War. They were both in attendance, I was humbled meeting them!! Ross Perot attended and the wife of a fallen SEAL in Bengazi gave a very moving speech!! Thank a veteran today!!

My thanks to all Veterans. As for me, it was an honor to serve.
