i have disc brake i beams and i dont know which is which left or right that is or what year????
d5ta-9-ga 95
d5ta-8-ga 100 one has a slite curve to it is that normal?

Are the spindles still attached? If so the caliper is on the backside of the wheel. The beams are '75 or newer. Beam guys will know which is which. I believe the kingpin is canted with the top more rear than the bottom.

Something else would be the stop for the spindle. It is rearward IIRC.

I-beams have all sorts of weird contours and is an unreliable method of determining right or left.

Instead, look at the steering stop which should be oriented to face rearwards:
