Hi I'm new on here. My name is Smitty and I have a 67 F100 4 speed with a 354 (I think). I don't know much about cars but I'm trying to fix mine up and am very eager to learn.
I have a brake line issue on my front driver's side wheel. The line connected to the wheel hub and brake cylinder is nearly cut in half. I was wondering what that line was called and where I could possibly buy one. It would also be helpful if anyone could tell me how to disconnect it, I haven't had any luck yet.
Thanks for the help,
Smitty

Re: Brake line help
Your engine is likely a 352FE. I assume you're speaking about the rubber brake hose. To remove, loosen the fitting where it meets the steel brake line first, then the other that connects to the wheel cylinder. I strongly suggest you use penetrating spray and let it sit for a while before using a line-wrench to remove. These hoses can be sourced from most of the restoration stores or even your local auto part stores.
