What hubcaps if any did the 1967 f100 ranger come with I'm looking to put my back as close to original as possible any photos would help thank you

2WD or 4WD ?

4wd didn"t usually have caps. 2WD had dog dish or maybe a Galaxie wheel cover.

I think mine came with the dog dish ones which it still has. Mine isn't a Ranger however.
