From one Northerner in California to another, I'm loving the build and the videos. You're making some serious progress there. I just wish I had your neighbors - mine are usually less than pleased at my choice of vehicle(s) to say the least, and would all come after me with pitchforks and torches if I tried to work on the sidewalk. Looking forward to the next installment.

That's a pretty ambitious project and I'm glad your being successful. I know I spent a ton of time thinking and planning before actually cutting and fitting. I was concerned your bed wouldn't fit but it looks like you pulled that off pretty well.
For me it is very hard to integrate modern features in the constrictions of the old dash hardware. I aborted modifying the dash panel to fit a double DIN radio. I found I wanted the features but really needed the original simple look of the stock dash.
