Rag Joint Replacement

Does anyone know where I can get a rag joint for a 71 f250? I can't seem to find one that fits that year. How interchangeable are the coupling assemblies from year to year? Could I use a different one? Thanks in advance.

The rubber joint should be common throughout the Ford Merc Lincoln lines for those years. Used to be a common item on the wall hangers at the local auto parts places. They're pretty easy to replace if you can reach them.
