Best way to lift my rear 1-2"'s ??

Hi all,

Recently completed a front, half hanger flip (4 degree wedge) on the rear of my 72. I have the funky rear shackle which may explain why the back came down nearly 4"s ?? Two more than I was expecting. Front suspension is stock. Rear sitting a little too low so I'd like to raise it 1-2". I'm thinking of putting a helper leaf in. What do you think? Better idea?

Easiest way would be a pair of air shocks.

Then some flavor of axle blocks and U bolts.

Cheapest would be to drill another set of holes for the hangers.
