Wow, that seems pretty quick for such a big part. And it came out great!

Well a whole heap load of rain that past few days has put resources in other places. Still getting my scrap arranged for a run. This will put some money back into the truck build. Once the garage is back in shape, I need to put the truck back on the ground and move it. I need to work on the Steering Column to the Steering Box shaft. And to move some more stuff out of the way.

Scrap run completed yesterday with good results. Prices have dropped but we got money for stuff we would have thrown away before. Now I have to get the truck moved so work can start.

So, now that it is slightly cooler, I am going to inventory my hoard of parts. I want to separate out what is needed for re-assembly and what is spares. At this point I have two shelves full of parts that need to be sorted!

It is two shelving units not just two shelves! I started the process and it is quite large. As I started one of the first things I find are the original Motor and Trans mounts that are actually no good, but they were on the shelf! I also have like 5 set of grill inserts, one set is actually broken, warped and just not useable. It is just nuts how many things I hang onto/hoard. I just need to get rid of useless stuff, and then sort the parts as they are to be assembled.

It is just nuts. At least the last year I have waved off buying tools! I have a problem going to HF as they are just one town away.

So a couple of steps forward and now a big one back. Found out I have lime disease. So far the down side is tired, but the medicine makes it so that I cant be in the sun for the next three weeks. This may be good for working in the garage.

So had to travel last week for some family matters but and back now. I am hoping to turn the truck around in the garage so I can start working on the engine wiring.
