Add a suspension lift kit. I believe they come in 2" & 4" lifts. Or you can have a spring shop custom build you lift. Call some 4x shops.

I am not sure how much taller a "highboy" is to an F100 4x4. I would go with the 4". Did you do any calling around yet to see what is available? 4 wheel parts wholesalers has lots of inventory.

i looked at 4 wheel parts and they didnt have any lift kits for 67-72 Fords. the only ones i've been able to find are from rough country.

Would a 73 to 77-1/2 F100 lift work on a 67 to 72? Seems like they're similar enough to where it might.ak-1970-360 wrote:i looked at 4 wheel parts and they didnt have any lift kits for 67-72 Fords. the only ones i've been able to find are from rough country.

That holds true with the F250s. I bet its the same with the F100s.1970sportcustom wrote:Would a 73 to 77-1/2 F100 lift work on a 67 to 72? Just make sure you put on a new track bar and pitman arm to go with the lift or it will be a bump steering death trap.
And watch out for that big hole just to the left when you dive off into Jim Creek, we pull someone out of there every time we go out. I've seen new Toyotas in over the top of the hood.

re: unfactory highboy
Skyjacker has a 2,4,6, and 9 <--- inch lifts for your f100 70-72 you'd be big and still have a smoother ride with the coils plus more travel. Only lifts for the leaf sprung highboy is a 2 and 4in.You could fit 40-44in tires in there but with the f100 axles I'd recommend nothing bigger than a 35-37in on stock running gear. if you have any ?'s I have a skyjacker master catalog............... oops didnt see some of the above posts
